Kurt Cobain 'apparently' killed himself on april 4th 1994. he had taken heroin. it was pure black, like tar, he did not even dilute it. it was arround £100 worth, this could kill kurt, even tho he had built up such a strong resistance. then he put a remminginton shot gun to the roof of his mouth, he pulledthe trigger, then he was gone. he had been suffering from stomach pains, heroin was his pain killer, it was either that or he would have starved, he chose 2 live, but he fell in2 addiction.
Even in the way he met his end, he was the greatest musical mind EVER! if u r learnin the guitar, u can only dream 2 be a tenth of anything he was, so buy all of his albums, even the greatest hits, his biography, his journals, everythin, and see in2 his world, which was brought to an end years b4 it should av ended.
in my personal opinion, his greatest ever album was In Utero, it is the greatest album of all time and will stay that way. it is very hard 2 find his greatest song he ever wrote, but, many of u will emmeidatly assosiate him with 'smells like teen spirit'. this is a good track, but it is far from his best. there are a few which show his genious in its purest form, in no particular order, there are nirvana tracks not on this list that are better than most of these:
